The Director of the Newton Project Canada

Stephen D. Snobelen is Assistant Professor of History and Science and Technology at the University of King’s College and Adjunct Professor of History (Graduate Studies) at Dalhousie University (Halifax, Nova Scotia). Dr Snobelen received a BA and MA in History at the University of Victoria, British Columbia and a MPhil and PhD in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge, England. He was also a Junior Research Fellow at Clare College, Cambridge (1999-2001). Dr Snobelen is one of the founding members of the Newton Project (UK) and is a member of its Editorial Board. Many of his transcriptions appear on the Newton Project website.
